Cancel / Change Order Policy

At SaleStreamAPI, we understand that mistakes can happen. You can request an order cancellation or change within a limited time after placing your order.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Order Changes

Changes such as updating the shipping address or modifying an item can only be made before the order is shipped. Once your order is dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.

Refunds After Cancellation

If your order is canceled successfully, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within a few business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
