At Salestreamapi, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our denim collections. We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential for a great denim experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from salestreamapi.com, we are here to provide a transparent and stress-free return process.

1. Return Eligibility & Window

To ensure fairness and maintain the high quality of our inventory, an item is eligible for return if it meets the following criteria:

• 60-Day Guarantee: You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
• Original Condition: Denim items must be unwashed, unworn, and free from any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.). Original tags must remain attached.
• No Restocking Fee: We believe in transparency—Salestreamapi does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
• Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or personalized custom-tailored denim are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return process, please follow these steps:

1. Email our support team at support@salestreamapi.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
2. For damaged or defective denim, please attach clear photos of the issue to expedite the review.
3. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return shipping address.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Defective or Incorrect Orders: If we sent the wrong size, color, or a defective product, Salestreamapi covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
• Customer Preference: For “change of mind,” incorrect size selection, or style preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refund & Processing Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team at our Texas facility:

• We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days.
• The credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card). Please allow additional days for your financial institution to post the transaction.

5. Exchanges

Due to high demand and limited stock of certain denim washes, we recommend initiating a return for your original item and placing a new order for the desired size or style to ensure availability. However, for defective items, we offer a direct one-to-one exchange at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure after delivery.
