By browsing our site, registering an account, or purchasing our premium denim products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our integrated Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies.

1. Eligibility & User Conduct

To ensure a secure marketplace, we enforce strict eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase.
• Lawful Use: You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, spreading malware, or attempting to breach our security protocols.
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect unauthorized or illegal activity.

2. Account Security & Responsibility

While guest checkout is available, creating an account allows for a better experience. If you choose to create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password.
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Salestreamapi and Miles Edward Halton cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your personal account information. Notify us immediately at support@salestreamapi.com if you detect a security breach.

3. Premium Denim Products & Accuracy

We take great care in how our denim is presented, but please note:

• Visual Representation: We strive to display the colors and textures of our jeans as accurately as possible. However, the actual color you see depends on your monitor settings and may vary slightly from the physical product.
• Sizing: Denim fits can vary by style (Skinny, Slim, Relaxed). Please refer to our size guides before purchasing.
• Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If a denim wash or size becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide a full refund immediately.

4. Pricing, Payments & Billing

• Currency: All prices are listed in **USD (United States Dollars)**.
• Payment Processing: We utilize **PayPal** for all financial transactions to ensure PCI-DSS compliance. We do not store your credit card data.
• Billing Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been submitted.

5. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery

Our logistics are governed by our Shipping Policy:

• We ship exclusively within the United States with a flat rate of **$6.99**.
• Transfer of Title: The risk of loss and title for all denim products purchased from Salestreamapi pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier strikes, or incorrect address entries by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Rights

• 60-Day Window: You have 60 days to return your denim if it is in original, unwashed condition.
• Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within **24 hours** of placement. After this window, the order enters the production/fulfillment phase and must be processed as a return.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this site, such as denim designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Salestreamapi or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Salestreamapi provides this website on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the full extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Panola County, Texas.

10. Severability & Updates

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting.
