Order Adjustment & Address Policy

At Salestreamapi, we prioritize accuracy and customer satisfaction. We understand that after placing an order for your premium denim, you may need to modify your details or cancel a request. This policy explains our procedures for adjustments, cancellations, and address corrections to ensure a transparent experience at salestreamapi.com.
1. Strict 24-Hour Order Modification & Cancellation Window
We work quickly to process and inspect our denim products to meet our fast shipping commitments. Therefore, we offer a synchronized time frame for all changes:
- The 24-Hour Rule: All requests for order cancellations or modifications (such as changing a waist size, denim wash, or quantity) must be submitted within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
- Post-24 Hour Status: Once this 24-hour grace period has expired, your order is automatically moved to our “Quality Inspection & Fulfillment” phase. At this stage, the order cannot be intercepted, changed, or cancelled.
- After Dispatch: If your order has already been handed over to the carrier, you must wait for the delivery to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return.
- How to Contact Us: Please email support@salestreamapi.com immediately with the subject: “URGENT: Order #[Your Order Number] – 24H Change Request”.
2. Shipping Address Accuracy & Verification
To ensure your premium denim reaches the correct destination, customers must provide a complete and verified shipping address. This includes:
- Legal Recipient Name.
- Complete Street Address (including Apartment, Suite, or Unit numbers).
- Correct City, State, and ZIP Code.
Salestreamapi is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address if that address was provided by the customer and no correction was requested within the 24-hour window. We strongly encourage all shoppers to double-check their confirmation email for any typos immediately after purchase.
3. No-Cost Reshipping Commitment
We stand by our customers. If an order is returned to our Texas facility as “Undeliverable” or due to an “Insufficient Address” provided by the customer, we offer a unique service to maintain your trust:
- Zero Reshipping Fees: We will reship your order to a corrected address at no additional cost to you. We cover the extra logistics cost because we want to make sure you get to wear your new Salestreamapi denim.
- Processing Returns: Our team will contact you via email once the carrier returns the package to us. We will ask for a confirmed new address before shipping the item a second time.
4. Address Changes After the 24-Hour Window
If you realize your address is incorrect after the 24-hour window has closed, we cannot manually update our system as the shipping label has already been generated. In these cases, we recommend:
- Carrier Tools: Using USPS Package Intercept, FedEx Delivery Manager, or UPS My Choice to reroute the package yourself.
- Wait for Return: If rerouting is not possible, wait for the package to be returned to us, and we will reship it for free under our Section 3 policy.
5. Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages
If a delivery is refused by the recipient or remains unclaimed at a local post office, the package will eventually be returned to our headquarters. Upon receipt, we will reach out to you to confirm if you prefer a free reshipment or a refund (issued to the original payment method).
