A: Our logistics process consists of two stages:
• Handling: 1–2 business days (Quality check & packaging).
• Transit: 2–7 business days via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Total estimated delivery is 3–9 business days.
Q: Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order?
A: Yes, we provide a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request any modifications or cancellations. Please email support@salestreamapi.com immediately. Once an order passes this 24-hour grace period, it enters our fulfillment phase and cannot be altered.
Q: What if I am not satisfied with the fit? What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love your denim! We offer a generous 60-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached. Please contact us to start a return process.
Q: How and when will I receive my refund?
A: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
