Salestreamapi, we recognize that receiving your premium denim products in a timely and secure manner is a critical part of your shopping experience. This Shipping Policy is designed to provide full transparency into our logistics operations, from the moment you click “Purchase” at
salestreamapi.com to the moment our denim arrives at your doorstep in the United States.
1. Shipping Coverage & Geographic Limitations
We focus exclusively on the domestic market to ensure the highest quality of service and delivery speed.
- Service Area: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Restricted Deliveries: Due to insurance and tracking requirements for high-quality apparel, we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
- International Shipping: At this time, Salestreamapi does not offer shipping outside of the United States.
2. Detailed Order Processing & Handling
Our handling process involves a 5-point quality check for every denim item (inspecting seams, buttons, zippers, wash consistency, and size accuracy).
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Operational Note: Orders placed after the cut-off on Friday, or during the weekend, will be processed on the following Monday. We do not process shipments on U.S. Federal Holidays.
3. Shipping Rates & Transit Expectations
We utilize a simplified flat-rate shipping structure to ensure there are no hidden costs at checkout.

The price you see in the table above is exactly what you will pay at checkout—no hidden handling fees, no surprise taxes, and absolutely no restocking fees on returns. We’ve simplified our shipping to a single flat rate of $6.99 so you can focus on finding your perfect pair of premium denim without worrying about extra costs.
4. Carrier Partnerships & Tracking
We partner with industry-leading carriers including
USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Once your label is created, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent automatically. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to update the initial tracking status.
5. Shipping Adjustments & Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
- Address Changes: If you notice an error, please email us within 24 hours of purchase. Once the handling process has begun, we cannot reroute packages manually.
- No-Cost Reshipping: If a delivery is returned due to an insufficient address, Salestreamapi will reship the item to your corrected address at no additional cost as part of our commitment to your satisfaction.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package has not moved in the tracking system for more than 5 business days, please contact us. For packages marked as “Delivered” but not received, please contact our support team within 3 days to initiate a claim investigation.
